Ascent's Group Therapy is a subscription service. All of our subscriptions are automatically charged on a recurring basis. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime.

Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions run every week. Group therapy subscriptions include weekly progress reports from our clinicians.

One-to-One
1:1 sessions are offered as a weekly or biweekly service to support your goals and help make accelerated progress toward skills development.

We believe in Ascent’s novel Peer Group Therapy so strongly that if your child attends the entirety of every peer group and 1-to-1 session for 3 months and does not significantly improve their socials skills, we will give you a full refund.

Children in the same social group meet once a week through video chat to discuss a topic of mutual interest.

Peer groups are all moderated by a trained adult to make sure every child can socialize and build social skills.
Match Satisfaction
If you or your child and our trained adult feel that a particular peer group is not a good fit, we will find another fit for you.
No Match, No Problem
If no peer groups are a good fit or have space, we will start a new group with your child and a trained adult.

+ What age range of peers are accepted?
Ascent welcomes individuals with depression or anxiety from 8 to 35 years old. Your child’s peer group will only include kids that are around your child’s age.
+ What platform do the peer groups meet on?
Peer groups meet on Zoom and all peers have their video and audio on.
+ How big are the peer group sizes?
Peer groups typically consist of 3-7 peers in a peer group.
+ How long are the weekly peer group sessions?
Peer group sessions run for 55 minutes every week at the same time and day of the week.
+ Where are the peers in a peer group from?
The peers in a group can be from any state in the US. To learn more about how peers are matched, please click here.
+ Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
+ Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?
Yes, we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Savings Account (FSA) cards. You can simply input your HSA/FSA card details during payment and you will be all set. You will not need to go through the process of obtaining reimbursement.
